Harley, Yes they were on track for December, they missed! It's been put down to one shipment. The target was December not October or Nov. December was the important one. It's pretty clear to me. Could of done with some forward guidance though. We're left to guess about the '1 shipment'!

The thing that annoys me the most is that they must know what or where the issue is by the shear number of reports, yet the company remain silent. You phone up tech support and they tell you 'everything is fine this end'. They have now resorted to a recorded message instead of speaking to a human being.
