I feel tension on this RNS. My gut feeling is that things are not plain sail between NCM and GGP at the moment. Which can be an indicator on SD fighting for the %5 and NCM not liking whats happening there.
However WE found the gold on the ground and I’m happy that SD is not letting the %5 go easily.
SP is irrevelant if you are not going to sell… we have to wait and see…

I'm on the same boat as JB in terms of delaying the potential agreement as long as we can so 3rd party will have better understanding of the deposit. Any Moz that has not been factualised/officially announced by NCM will come with a risk so hard to include that in the total value calculations. More time passes, better understand we'll have ...
Only risk i see delaying the agreement is a GGP takeover ( NCM or A.N Other) We are currently underpriced so if someone comes and offers a big chunk, we might lose the whole company, I don't think that's such a bad thing however I'm hoping that won't happen in next 2-3 years until we have a full picture of whats sleeping beneath the ground.
Also IMHO we as GGP have the upper hand on the %5 talks. Main reason is price of the %5 is a double edged sword for NCM. We have to remember that whatever NCM pays for %5 will also justify the value of the NCMs cut on the total Havieron(which will be %75 after the completion of the deal.) Same math that we do for %25 is also done on the NCM HQ(Probably bit more thoroughly )
My vote will be on waiting for couple more moons and not rush on the FMV agreement on the %5.
However don't quote me on anything, these are just my opinions on the subject. Means FA :)
Thanks

@Dumbpunter,
Quick answer to your question : https://www.cardiff.ac.uk/professional-development/available-training/short-courses/view/structural-geology-for-exploration-and-mining
Or you can do what others are doing and compare these results to results from the early stages of other accomplished mines.
Knowing that they are going to keep drilling is good enough indicator of the potential. I’m happy to hear that we had 8/9 hit rate on a virgin area. You just wont drill a random location and find gold. There’s obviously a reason why they are happy with the results and going to spend more money on exploring the area.
Extremely positive RNS. This could be the start of our bull run followed by MRE and updates from the other sites.
SD obviously has and agenda and sounds like it's matching with PIs...
I've made a purchase this morning, and this could be the message that PI's were waiting to buy some more...
Great morning....
Best Regards

Thank you for the folks answered my question.
However It was just a basic honest question, I’m really struggling to understand why some people are turning in to spartan warriors when even the simplist thing is questioned…
I’ve been called troll, frog and a goldfish over a question :) such a friendly enviroment here.
Thanks all..
Juri Joint Venture, Western Australia
Venture
interest in the Juri Joint
The Juri Joint Venture is a farm-in and joint venture agreement with Greatland Gold with respect to its Black Hills
and Paterson Range East projects, located within the Paterson Province approximately 50km from the Telfer
operation and in proximity to the Havieron Project. The joint venture covers an area of approximately 248km2.
Newcrest has met the Stage 1 exploration expenditure (A$3 million) and now holds a 51%
. Under the terms of the agreement, Newcrest has the potential to earn an additional 24% joint venture
interest (for a cumulative 75% joint venture interest) through expenditure of a further A$17 million over three years
during Stage 2. Greatland Gold will manage the Juri Joint Venture until the end of calendar year 2021, after which
Newcrest has the right to be appointed as Manager.
Assay results for the initial scout drill holes at Goliath, Outamind and Los Diablos targets in Paterson Range East
area have downgraded the potential for Havieron like targets at these prospects. Results from initial drilling at the
Parlay and Saddle targets within the Black Hills Project are pending. The current and planned exploration program
will include the completion of a ground electromagnetic survey over further targets at both Paterson Range East and
Black Hills.
Fab results on The main asset. However does above statement means Juri JV is going on the backburner for now?
Ta
One(or maybe two) noob question(s) for me to the experts, please excuse my ignorance.
Shaun mentioned that data input cut off date for the PFS was March 2021 and none of the results that we received in last 6 months would be included in that release(which is OK since it doesn't change the fact that the gold is there ) .
However does that mean there will be another study in 2022 to update the total size of the Havieron? And would the rightful hype that is generated by the people in this board about the PFS cause a negative affect since most of the great holes from last 6 months wont be included in the number we are going to see in PFS?
Thank you and best regards
Great summary Thanks Bamps.
Lately I’m sensing that some people are intentionally trying to out you off from the board by playing nasty games on you, please dont let them get to your nerves and cause you to stop posting. Your inputs are greatly appreciated. Thank you
