On,y one place to be in this market , a company smashing expectations constantly and I expect the final TU will beat the numbers mentioned in Nov as well as bullish outlook.

10k buy first thing this morning these are not PIs as that is nearly £55,000

They are short sighted and no idea of the potential and actual numbers

Short answer is no and BK has 53% so could block any thing hostile.

BK is a very driven man and a very intelligent man with a back ground in engineering from colt telecom ( this is why YU are trail blazing technology in the sector )

I also think he wants to take this to a billion pound MC company and with a guy like him in charge I would not be surprised in the next few years this is possible.

They are targeting 500m turnover in 2023 @ 4.5% EBITDA if they hit that, what’s to stop £1b turnover in 2-3 years @ even higher EBITDA say 5-6%

Numbers get very high from here on in and remember this has all been done through C19, energy crisis, war and possible recession.

When things get back to normal can you imagine how they perform then ?

YU has no debt, bad debt is where a client fails to pay his bill. Industry average per annum is 3% of turnover which comes off the bottom line. For 2022 brokers were forecasting bad debt maybe upto 7 % and therefore £21m provision. This is already factored into the numbers from the brokers.

What I am saying is that if bad debt is only 3% YU make an additional £10m ie bad debt is only 11m not 21m

Thanks SNN as before Xmas I didn’t know what a NAP tip was.

So we have a NAP from SCSW and now a buy from IC. On the ADVFN board a long term holder has seen the SCSW write and and very impressed and they actually spoke to BK which makes it even better .

So we move into the second half of Jan and that TU could drop at anytime but more than likely the last week of Jan.

One thing I would keep an eye out for is Bad debt, brokers have forecast currently at 7.72% Bad debt for 2022, then back to 3% in 2024 and only 2.8% in 2025.

This doesn’t make any sense to me and I find it hard to believe bad debt will be that high in 2022 and currently £21m in the bad debt line for 2022, I and 80% certain it will be nowhere near that level and come in @ industry norm of 3% o slightly higher

So be warned that is possibly a big upside to the FY figures .

A further Tip and closing in ready to test new highs but still way below 2018 levels.
