Another thing, don't underestimate the strength of the ego where wealthy individuals are concerned, I work with a number of them, competition, rivalry and reputation are words they live by, when one starts to buy these mixers the others they rub shoulders with would rather be seen dead that purchase and drink a cheaper brand.....the target audience is perfect here.

'As a modest investor with a small portfolio I was simply asking what makes this particular brand any different to any other?'.......if you're invested in East Imperial, then presumably there must have been a 'hook' that made you decide to invest? - that same hook will spike the curiosity of drinkers who can afford a higher end mixer, some have already sampled the goods and posted positive feedback here. You've already highlighted the marketing and brand yourself, the mixers are distinguished from others by their quality and appeal to those who can afford them.....they will be promoted to a different class of drinker through different channels, perhaps your friend's hotel isn't as high end as you or they think.

pwlx - spot on by the way, this one has deramper written all over it, high end hotel in quintessential English village, probably the Savoy Hotel.....the one in Skegness.
davethechef - the Yanks will love East Imperial, anything with links to the old world.............they bought London Bridge, had it dismantled, shipped across the Atlantic and reassembled in the desert for Christ's sake.

I think Burt knows the UK will be a hard market to crack (I think he's on record as saying something about the number of mixer providers already in the UK).......TBH, if EISB make it in the US alone it should yield a fantastic return from here.....I personally couldn't care less if they don't sell a bottle on these shores, as long as they have success abroad.

Remember folks, there's a relatively small free float with this one, hold them shares if you can, let's drive it on up!!

Bahria - I bought at 0.224 with HL.....perhaps that trade showing isn't mine after all.

Exactly chips! - also, I think I read somewhere that he's not a man who likes to fail and is as stubborn as a mule.......nothing is guaranteed but.......he who dares wins!.......can't think of many other places I'd like to park my hard earned cash at the moment.

Buys showing as sells and vice versa happen all the time, I've witnessed it before on more than one occasion with my own trades.....also, sometimes transactions don't show up on LSE at all, I've placed trades in the morning that never appeared....totally unreliable.

Breath held waiting for the light, I keep adding here, again this morning a modest 250k shares.....all helps, hopefully.

Another top up of 75k shares to my ISA, can't stop myself.
