I think the case will not get dismissed but settlement between 500 to 700 mln the company survives ,even then the value will be at least 90p - £1 a share ,unless miracle happens and case is dismissed then north of £1.50 a share

If we have to pay 500 mln I think the sp will still rise to £ 1

Iwould split 90,000 into 3 or 4 shares ,like KWS, XLM, PLUS500, JUST or YU. once total target 30% growth achieved on 90 grand I would sale all 4 then wait and reinvest in another 4 growth stock
