Late 2022 Empire Mine comes into production, cash flow positive, first year EBITDA $45m+, this was at copper $3.60 at $4.50 it would probably be $60-70m+.

Development to be fully funded by debt and NOT equity. Management and BOD have categorically said no more share issue, no need for it. In fact once in production they would like to hand money back to shareholders through dividends. Just listen to the last few webinars, very insighting!

EP - Its quite easy to see it has been chronically undervalued for months, all that is happening is a rerate towards FV!

And in the mean time plenty of news to come in the short and medium term.

Institutional investors will now take this where ever they want.

They look at longer term maybe atleast 3-5 years. If they can x10 in that time in a safe jurisdiction they could continue buying this upto ££.

One thing they are not going to get is a free ride through a placing, no more shares to be issued. If you want in, you buy in the market, fantastic for all these already invested. Guaranteed no dilution, and they will drive this up through supply and demand.

Yes, if II have bought into the PXC story, and they want to build a nice position, there is no stopping this now.

They did state recently they are working to bribg US II onboard 'watch this space'!!

imho This is only the very beginning. A long long way to go, in a news rich period now, plenty of news expected. Finally broken out, this is the time to buy!

Last chance saloon in and around 50p.

Once this 3 year 53-54p resistance is broken, this will be flying like a rocket! Unchartered territory, price discovery. Wouldn't be surprised of £1+ within weeks.

Consequently the 53-54p will flip into an extremely strong support going forward!

Forget reading RNS's, watching webinars, just look at the last drill core pictures, 25-75% sulphides, must be unheard off in the industry!

The bigger it gets, and the word gets out, institutions will come onboard very quickly. As I have stated before, with the spectacular upside, one thing they DO NOT need to worry about is location risk. Must tick all their boxes.

Hold for big rewards, patience. Sooner or later the big boys will want your very limited golden tickets.

The drill core results from the other week, would be an absolute dream, beyond anyones expectations for any company!!

Empire Drill hole 1 - should get some news, they intersected an underground working at 68m, was waiting on equipmemt

Empire Drill hole 2 - Upto 75% sulphides (yes you read that right, upto 75%) sent off for assays. Imagine 6-8% copper. This could blow £1 forget 50p.

And another 18 drill holes to go at Empire Sulphides!!!

2. Only 1% of Empire explored, huge upside. Target $1 billion market cap, around 700p.

The opportunity and location is too great for it to go it alone IMHO

If they start getting amazing exploration results like the first drill hole at empire (last weeks RNS), i expect the big boys will jump in soon!

Location risk is something they do not need to worry about! There has been huge issues for them in Africa/Asia/South America/Russia.PXC is in Idaho, USA ;)

Majors need a big secure supply of metals in preparation for the next supercycle!

No one in there right mind should be selling now. It's on the cusp of breaking out big time.

If they want sellers, they know exactly what they have to do.

I'm holding long term, so won't be getting any of mine whatever happens.

You just have to look at the fundamentals, read the last RNS, and watch the webinar, an absolute game changer, and huge potential in a safe world class jurisdiction!

Unbelievable it still hasn't broken the 50p ish barrier, once it breaks there will be absolutely no stopping.
