That's great news Pdub - wishing you all the best now and for the future!
This is correct Alfa - continually talking our company down and spreading misinformation to the in researched. Hence why I wanted to bring this up this morning!
I know bassguy - it’s hugely annoying that we have made substantial progress and yet we seem to attract critics with seemingly obsessive like grudges. Been here since Oct 2013 (like a number of us) and whilst at times amusing, the baseless claims of the critic in question are puzzling.
There is a well known de-ramper of BMN on ADVFN - who claims that the site visits to Skaapvlei are being conducted with a host of companies GE etc - without mention of BMN. He goes on to claim that that within the environmental impact studies - that it was mentioned a couple of times that ESKOM state that their preferred option for batteries is Lithium. Has anyone seen any proof of this - I have done a little research and can't find anything? He also adds that Alfa is now more sceptical of the success of VRFB's (again something I can't see any evidence of)!!
Having missed the boat thus far - do people think this has a long way to go. Been researching but difficult to determine. Apologies for what appears to be a lazy post - but just trying to decide between a few pharma’s at the moment!!
I’m very sorry to hear your news. Hoping you stay strong and continue to fight hard. Wish you all the strength possible and my thoughts are with you both.
Yes I agree with most of what you say and I’m not saying that A suspension wouldn’t hurt. Indeed i think with all the disruption across the markets - it’s very hard to see markets functioning properly (not that they have ever done with BMN previously). Having held and added since 2013 - I probably should have traded - however I was more concerned with building my own business in recent times and believe BMN to be a solid long term investment (hence I didn’t want to play on a daily basis). I still hold and will add again when circumstances allow - my only regret is not being able to use more funds from my company until we start being able to trade again. Just looking at another well known bb, I used to get annoyed at some of the comments by our fury friends. Now they just make me laugh - and in truth - I feel a little sorry for them. For with all the current pain and anxiety in society - they get their kicks by ****ging off such a great company as BMN. Very ??
I don't think we need a suspension. Investors can't be so naive to think that given the backdrop of a global pandemic that everything was going to continue unabated within SA. I applaud Ramaphosa's stance - it will save many lives and ensure that there is a nation left to rebuild things after the crisis. In the big scheme of things - will 3 weeks without production really make a difference - set against what is going on out there? There will of course be the usually trolls that wish to use the announcement as a stick to beat us with - and I'm not so naive to believe that the 'fear' in the marketplace might have a further short-term affect on our SP. However for me this is more about what happens after we get through the crisis (which we eventually will do). As BBN says, we are in a strong position (indeed stronger than many) to get through into calmer waters. Yes, we might have to wait a little longer to arrive at our destination - but I have faith (and plenty of shares) that we will eventually get there! Good luck to all and stay safe and healthy!

Well beginerman I hope you are right - in that investors do look for profit making companies as this would bode well for BMN. Rather than taking a 'punt' at companies who are still searching for stuff to sell one day, we have a profitable mine and the potential to make huge profits with the uptake of VRFBs!
This whole thing is an utter joke. I have been holding through the good and bad times (having first purchased in 2013) and I am in for the long haul. Having said this - I wish to move off the casino and into a more heavily regulated platform (FTSE) as the games being played are a complete disgrace!!
Wish I could get my hands on additional funds. Fundamentals unchanged and way oversold!!
Yes but after losing a quarter of its value - it's still trading at a PE of 27. Someone remind me of BMN's PE again.......
Where do clowns like this keep getting their misinformation from? I know it’s only posted to wind the likes of LTH’s up, but it’s now getting tedious. The only bit of the post I liked was that 10% of our revenue is from VRFB’s !!
Been here since Oct 2013 - still holding and waiting for this to be fully realised for what it is - a dynamic, diverse and extremely well run mid cap company. I'm also looking forward to the day we leave the AIM casino!
In terms of the earn out - does this impact our potential dividend? Can’t believe the SP is not well over 30 after today’s news!!
That's fantastic news RK - a true blessing!
You forgot to add, make sure you also dismiss overly negative comments as these are usually made by people shorting the share......
Expert - it doesn’t take a genius to realise that Fortune, having mentioned that the Mokapane licence is imminent once before (and was off the mark) would risk making a fool of himself by throwing “imminent” out there again!
Here come the sells - right on cue - it's laughable really. I can't wait for a serious RNS to catch the vermin off guard. Come on Fortune - lets be having one!
