I would expect this tax to be on all dividend income - during the pandemic the government said it was impossible to differentiate between dividends from investments and dividends from company earnings by ltd company directors - on that basis they will add this tax to all dividends.

Unthinkable lows - the sp doubled
Negative interest rates - never happened
Loan defaults - higher pay back than expected
Mass unemployment - staff shortage now on
House price crash. - house prices rocketed
Mortgage defaults - mortgages getting paid as usual
Stock market crash - market rallied
Etc etc

Imagine calling "unthinkable lows" at 24p then watching the price rise to 50p....I mean 24p was literally the bottom lol!!

Then imagine coming back to that chat and expecting to be taken seriously....

I don't see anything lifting this significantly until news of a buyback/special dividend - all the other economic stuff seems factored in now imo. It will however rise before the announcement when the winks start spreading pre results

Disinform - in the way that some of theae posters are logging their average they would need to account for tax paid and then deduct it to get their average price - it's absolutely insane and would give an accountant a heart attack.

If you run a proper profit and loss system a share can never owe you less than you paid....
