A company with no cash is a sitting duck when the dept builds up... Management only need to build up dept and then miss a few payments then boom!

Seen it all before... Record lows every single week... No management buys...no share price support.... Continued down trend... Money being wasted in the wrong area's... This purposeful miss management... Directors doing everything they can to plss shareholder's off...

The fact that so many other rag suppliers are posting good updates really does out into perspective that the problem here is management decisions....

The business has generated over 2 billion in revenue yet made a pbt of a few million... That's horrendous business management!

Not only have they not made a profit but they have purchased companies using all of our cash and then those brands have eaten into the boo/plt profits...

Daytrade - the other 2 you mentioned have been sacked off the the green sin bin...their month's and month's of drivel isn't worth my time to read...

Management could bail on the usa operation tomorrow and have a 100 million pbt business on the uk operation alone... The business here is great and has many possible options to make the kamanis rich.

As far as us shareholder's go this company is toast, over the last few year's the kamanis have bled this company dry by taking out money in ever way possible inc selling hundreds of millions of pounds worth of shares and also buying 34 percent of plt at an inflated valuation...

We are now below ipo level sp with revenue 20 x that of ipo and there is not one director buy!

How can directors of the Kamanis not see value at this price?!

The family are even trying to eek out a last few million via bonuses they don't deserve - the votes against this at the agm has told them shareholder's are not happy but they just don't care.

This company won't get taken private - it will get taken purposely into administration and the family will buy the assets inc the London office (to add to the kamanis property portfolio) for a pittance of it's true value.

The Kamanis are blood suckers and they have just about sucked all the blood out of the market.... Apart from the revolving credit facility - this is their final suck... They will build uo the dept and miss aome payments so the company will be forced into administration by the creditor's and sold back to the kamanis for a 100 or so million inc the London office!

They have spent year's leading up to this time line to disaster (disaster for shareholder's that is)

10 percent chance this succeeds with current shareholder's.

90 percent chance it goes into administration.
