Management here don't need to worry about growth to get the profits rolling in for the next 2 year's - they need to sort out the international shipping costs as that's what has killed the profits here. (along with the losses incurred by the new acquisitions being bigger than expected)..

2 billion revenue is enough to show a profit before tax of 150 million.
