The lesson here is just because something has fallen in value, it doesn’t mean it’s always undervalued. There are many valid reasons why the stock has dropped - such as diluting share holder's 12 times and printing 5 x as many shares in just the last 3 year's alone.

No wonder it's 98 percent down and going nowhere.
