So we agree, to say they could steal the company without paying for it is STUPID, however they could have a majority on the board if SHAREHOLDER'S vote for it.

There is a vast difference between stealing a company and taking a majority control of the board.

I think there is a misconception with what can actually happen

Boohoo were trying to replace the board of directors

They were not trying to buy the rest of the shares available cheap

They would also not be able to force the company into administration

Despite people comparing the bonus scheme of boohoo and rev b, there is a major difference - Boohoo's was voted for by shareholder's and rev b was not

Boohoo could never take the company on the "cheap"

If you believe boohoo is a bad company then your opinion of rev b must 10 times worse?

Coming from pp1 who spent a whole year ramping and berating anyone that disagreed with him, advising people to buy at 350p as fair value was 700p.
