Sam - what you need to understand is that big investors don't think like tin pot investors such as yourself.

The large holders will be happy that management are taking bonus in share options - they won't be getting their nickers in a twist over this.

Share options and share incentives drive staff - it's as simple as that.

Management here are heavily weighted to make this succeed and reach a high share price.

Also all the genuine shareholders here that have been irritated by yesterdays rns will soon forget when they start tp see the sp rise - private shareholders have short memories.
