Asos sells a segment of the business that equates to 5 percent of the revenue, it sells this for for a value of 185 million, then brokers state the company is worth a few hundred million a few days later..... Sure.... That makes sense....

This is an accurate representation of what has happened - asos has today sold a small part of its business for value nearly half the total company mcap earlier this week - it just goes to show how undervalued both asos and boohoo are.

Todays rise off the back of asos showing improvement in the sector is deserved and justified.

The sector has been well and truly beat up post covid and is now recovering, the share prices will naturally follow suit

One thing to note is boohoo have been far more aggressive with cost cutting that asos so im expecting a better margin improvement from boohoo.

There will be a sector recovery over the coming years and boohoo, asos, thg and revb will all benefit - I have invested in all of these companies and expect some big share price increases.
