I am actually Glad we have exited the tendrara Gas Project (our 20% stake), Annoul etc. as the level of debt for a small cap Exploration company was unsustainable amongst mounting interest and operating costs. Our exhausted balance sheet could not cope with more delays considering Phase 1 was supposed to come online in 2024. We would have probably gone bust before these long-awaited parts ever arrived.

There was no line of sight on Phase 2 FID let alone Phase 2 development.

Well done to the management team for the disposal as the delays that were not in their control were running us into the ground.

We have received many multiples of phase 1 revenues as well as some valuation of phase 2.

Majid Shafiq the seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in the energy sector has confirmed he intends to grow the company rapidly through M&A focusing on income generating or near production deals. Also he is keen to grow the company organically through the Solar projects which can be debt financed approx 80% and revenues can start as early as 6-12 months. I believe he is trying to build something sustainable here which will create shareholder value. I do'nt think he could EFF it up from here or these levels. Onwards and upwards from here.

Ave been averaging down since. Started buying in from 7pish all the way up to the 80's old money. However, I have heavily averaged down since like trying to catch a falling knife. I'm confident though. I bought another 300k shares last week @ 4.5p; it was a no brainer in my opinion. Ive still got a decent holding. Average 2.2p pre consolidation. 22p post consolidation. Do you still think I'm in the Merde?

Nigeria and Morocco Gas Pipeline agreement will be signed this year with first Gas expected in 2031 stretching nearly 6,900km designed to transport 30 billion cubic metres of Gas anually from Nigeria to Morocco and onward to Europe.

How will this impact us at sound and our Phase 2 project and FID etc.

Hi, Please could someone remind me how much did Graham say the revenues from Phase 1 will be for Sound? Was it £3m a year?

I completely agree with PS. Also Graham I believe is sincere and has turned the company around. He is currently focusing on value creation for us SH's. We are no longer just a high risk exploration company.

PS what are your expectations in terms of the share price. Plz share your view. I am also fully loaded and I have promised my self this time No More. Although it hasn't worked before but financially it is No More for me. I'm maxed out. The only problem is greed. I wouldn't know when to start selling. I've averaged down from the 60's and been loading up on the decline.

I just hope the SP remains at these levels until the new tax year next month so I can Bed and Isa my remaining shares. The SP is way undervalued in.my opinion and I am happy to wait until Phase 2 progression is made and the Market catches up. I have used the opportunity over the last couple of years to average down to where I am now quite happy with my Holdings and average. Just a matter of sitting on my hands and twiddling my thumbs until this gets going again. AIMO and PLDYOR

Does any body know what our share of income recieveable from Phase 1 Micro LNG is? Possibly a question for ps200306 (as they have always been consistent and pretty much accurate in evaluating the company). I don't remember what team sound said regarding Phase 1 income and since we have reduced our share.

I understand we will achieve £12m of free cash flow from our 20% share of Phase 2. Can anyone please remind us what will we receive from our 20% share from the Phase 1 Micro LNG Project which will commence this year. Many Thanks
