Reddington if you slice up the mushrooms and put them cap side down so the underneath is exposed in the sun for a couple of hours they absorb lots more vit D as there isn't an awful lot in them

Thanks safety . I will when there is an event that still on :) Re shares I'm following warren buffets attitude , you only lose if you sell . Just watching and hoping , that's all we can do at this stage . The whole world is turned upside down so we can't expect this to behave differently right now . Doesn't matter where you're invested stock market wise , it's all plunging .
