I don't think they have a chance at revival.

They announced they have no pipeline coming in to cover costs. They've had to pull in administrators. That means they need to cover the redundancy and winding costs. Probably need to cover administration package now.

What would someone coming in be investing in? 

All they would be paying is the CEO and seniors' redundancy and leaving company with 3 months working capital and no pipeline. They can't trade in the USA either.

Patents worthless as they failed to monetize them. no one else wants them either though using Miri tech or acquiring Miri. 

Patents now look like a confidence spinner purely for fund raises with no value up close.

All the staff on linkedin have gone open to work.

Mirriad have also appeared on my LinkedIn watch list as previous employees seem to have set up competition. Likely taken what works but without the public listing overhead and bloat. At this point you'd be insane to invest.

loveablelomax is often correct - and that news is hard to hear. Surly you want the truth at this stage rather than a lie?

Personally, I believe the outcome to any investors that own shares is either:

1 - company folds and the shares are useless or

2 - someone saves the day, but the share value is so deminished, that your return is decimated.

Its not great news cozy and those that hyped you into buying should be the ones that you shouldnt want to hear from, not lovable...

Rise of Owned and operated plus broadening cross advertising rights with the explosion of vod (avod and Svod) means the market is growing massively and the rights issue less and less of problem (think Roku now able to advertise pluto content in Thier environment)

Arna, simply look at the historic charts and who was steering the ship at the time. Plenty of RNS, web information and chart plotting avilable to try and understand what was going on.
