TSHII has entered into a 10 year lease with a tenant starting from 1 March 2022 covering an existing refinery on the TSHII site that is not required for Greenfield's plans and was previously scheduled to be demolished should Greenfield acquire 100% of TSHII. The tenant intends to develop a 10,000 barrels of oil per day refinery on the site and under the terms of the lease has two years in which to do so without potentially forfeiting the lease

So it looks like they didn’t need to drill three wells to please the lenders, sounds like they are keen to get this signed off, the three wells will be drilled in the next 8weeks , that will add massive value to tar sands . Hopefully drills will go to plan now,
Also mentioned was an off take agreement being signed in next few weeks. Normally that will have forwarded payment to Tomco

There will have to be an adjusted TR1 from Cantor Fitzgerald sometime, now that the additional 250m shares have been admitted to trading on AIM.

There are now 1,748,078,678 shares issued.

According to the last TR1, CF currently hold 168,800,00 shares. This now equates to 9.65% of issued shares and not the 11.26% stated on the last TR1.

Just putting this out there before the usual suspects try and claim CF have reduced their holding. ;O
