Kezz, I remember my anger when it didn’t materialise. Look at the statements below. Taken from rns 3 May 2017 - "We have now completed the second stage drilling at Ngouanala with drilling targeting an approximate 600m strike length, and testing to depth of greater than 150m. This programme is focussed on providing detailed information for the high-grade pegmatite vein previously identified with the aim of providing sufficient information to support a preliminary JORC compliant Mineral Resource estimate. Taken from RNS dated 19 May 2017 - "Kodal is continuing the rapid delineation and assessment of the Ngoualana prospect and is moving to define a maiden JORC compliant mineral resource estimate as quickly as possible. Kodal is well funded to undertake an aggressive exploration campaign with the investment from Suay Chin International Pte Ltd, which remains extremely supportive of this focus on Bougouni."

Joeman1, fair point. But will still have Chinese money and don’t need to raise. so in theory he doesn’t need to release a JORC now? That’s unless the JORC is needed now to underpin the application for mining license or BA doesn’t want to get lynched at the AGM. Personnely I think this will play out rapidly from here and my own theory is this. JORC before AGM, KOD to announce 100% offtake agreement straight after. BGS to announce off take agreement with SC with some sort of funding agreements between the two for a processing plant. If BGS do not agree an offtake with SC then my theory is f@cked.

Mrking, we’re at a crucial stage now. Don’t worry about the JORC, BA wouldn’t be rushed on releasing it, if it wasn’t good enough. This can be backed up by his refusal of a JORC this time last year. We all have our theories on how this is going to play out. IMO Keep an eye out over at our neighbours BGS.

B1gJake, I think it will have a lower than 1% cut off as he alluded to when mentioning a drill hole at SB. Which means the JORC could be anything as we haven’t seen any assays below the 1% cut off. All looking really good here.

I3LiP, I agree it just confuses the issue. I listened to that Justin Waite mention he only invests in stocks that multi bag and that’s why he’s in KOD. Today he says he sold out as the share went up too quick for his liking and he made a little profit. These journalists never believe or follow through with the s@it they spew out.

Probably the poor fella who sold 30 million shares yesterday, trying desperately to get back in.

Assays in, locked and loaded for JORC before AGM. Note drill hole where a zone of 53m at 1.36% Li(2) O is identified, however, it has areas of dilution that fall outside the reporting standards. This wider zone will be included in the Mineral Resource estimate which is targeted for release in September. looks like we’re going for a 0.5% cut off which could mean the JORC being a monster as we have no records of anything below 1%.

GFD, as you stated the laid back attitude of this company has driven me nuts over the last 16 months. The license issue was particularly alarming and I truly believe this was another incident staged to drop the share price to achieve the magic 0.13 placing. I don’t believe they’re being laid back now though, by quoting they will be in production by Q1 2020 (conveniently the same time as BGS) time is of the essence. You can see that by them drilling now through the rainy season.
