If Croda sold £10m of lysate we would get £1m in royalties (I have used 10% for the E.g.)?

If this is true ( which it is not) why has the company not RNS'd this very important information?

As I suggested, royalties will be on a tiered basis. There will not be double digit percentage royalties.

As usual all the ramping and 60p this week rubbish came to nothing.

My prediction is that 1st full year royalty payment will be £500,000 to £1,000,000. Probably at the lower end of my prediction.

Elrampo will do his best with the fireside chat but talk is cheap. The muppets blaming the NOMAD for lack of detail show their naivety.

Toyin has hit the nail on the head in his recent post. It has been a long road with many broken promises. I truly hope we do see an updated agreement although I dont think it will be as financially beneficial to us as the rampers predict.

We may get an upfront licence payment of £500,000. It will not be the mooted £2m.

As for royalties, it will not be double digit percentage - we may not get to know the actual percentage. As a previous RNS states it will be staged payments.

So an interesting few weeks but I dont see the sp soaring. As usual, I would love to be proved wrong.

You have accepted that SA has not said double digit percentage royalties. Unit he does - you should stop ramping ambiguous statements. If you had confidence in your ramps you would move heaven and earth to challenge SA to provide a clear unequivocal statement on percentage royalties.

SA is careful with words. He does not say we get a double digit royalty %. The important part being %. He says we get a double digit premium on sales. If he meant a double digit % on sales he would have said that. I suggest one of the genius amongst you _ Elrico being the obvious one to ask SA to clarify. I can guarantee no clarification will be forthcoming. We will not get double digit percentage on sales. Happy to be proven wrong.
