So they need a Semi submersible or drill ship.

GPA Hub is pretty much all subsea with a tie in to the Scott platform.....Of Course Verbier and Buchan (Jersey oil and Gas ) will have an option to tie on to this Hub as well
Interesting to see that there timeline is after GPA is up and running.

I remember buying in 2011 at 20p - just on Alan Bond's statements, so 8-10p is a bit conservative.
