You just don’t have a scoobdoo5.....The rules have changed oil companies with fixed platforms have to give the isolated oil fields round about them access to the main stream. Of course cost has to come into it but previously the platform did not have to conform to any deal. So as every one in the North Sea is aware of its time to reap the rewards by producing the pools of oil trapped in oil fields that were previously thought to costly because it would involve an FPSO.......Parkmead are going in the right direction it will be interesting to see what Parkmead get off the Buchan licensing round...
