i did try to point that out dsrt, but it just went over heads. if a company has nothing there is nothing to take, so a binding agreement means jack ****e.

Remember we are talking Louis Coetzee here Seagull. His RNS's don't really count for much if you look at the ones he has issued over many years for different companies. I remember he kept saying how well he was in with the Tanz government, so well in fact they kicked Kibo of the bidding/tender list.

They would have known that kread prior to stating the 10th as a payment date.

I would have had more faith in this arriving if they had paid the £2m first.

Not that's its any of your business LB but am a holder. If you go back through the posts you will see I sold a big chunk after OCIM walked whereas LW sold the lot I believe. The only obsession here is that you think anybody who questions must be a de-ramper who holds no stock. The funding is not a done deal (as you seem to make out it is) and is even less so with LC in charge.

How are Mast going to pursue costs against a company which has nothing.

It doesn't David, my guess is the money has not been forthcoming from the parent company if indeed that is where the money was coming from. Also, I find it strange that it was only Mast who announced the binding JV as normally its announced by both parties unless I missed something.

We did not know the last JV partner has walked away until the RNS on the 23rd Oct. The £2m payment is 9 days late as we head towards the month end when another £3.9m is due. If funds have been proved then it is relatively easy process to transfer the funds as billions get transferred from one business to another in a matter of days at the most. If you believe what LC puts in a RNS that's up to you as I tend to put any investment where LC is involved like a night out at the casino. To-date Goatzee has only lost me money, and from where I am sitting that trend looks set to continue.
