A shareholder from India told me the results are on Friday 15 November. Not sure if it's true.... Should also see first revenue come in from the Burger King deal. Fingers crossed.

A couple of months ago I contacted investor relations about a problem relating to the number of outstanding shares. I got a very kind response from DQE and they fixed the issue within 24 hours. So my experience with DQE has been a very positive one. The Jungle Book film has been pushed back to 2015/16.

That would still be a cool 33% profit in less than two weeks. So why the painkillers? Use the profit to buy a nice bottle of Dom Pérignon instead of popping painkillers. lol

M6 has commissioned Lanfeust Quest from Paris-based Gaumont Animation and India’s DQ Entertainment. The series will bow on Wednesday, September 25 on the French commercial channel. The adaptation of the bestselling comic and manga franchise Lanfeust Of Troy is now a 26 x half-hour, CGI comedy targeting kids six to 11. Directed by Antoine Charreyron (The Prodigies, Galactik Football) and Tarik Hamdine, the show was also acquired by Lagardere’s Canal J. MILAN: Planeta Junior Italia has been tapped to manage all licensing categories for The Adventures of Peter Pan, which recently debuted on RAI Due in Italy and is also airing on DeA Kids. Planeta Junior Italia is handling publishing, apparel, back to school, toys, gifts, albums and stickers, among other categories. Partners have already been signed for apparel, food, publishing and other product categories. Take a look at the valuations at that time, if they can get the receivables issue solved then anything is possible. Just received an email back and they have confirmed that there are still 56M outstanding shares, so no new shares were issued. The number of outstanding shares on their investor relations website (and subsequently LSE site) is suffering from a technical error and they have contacted their website maintenance agency to get this rectified as soon as possible.

The number of outstanding shares today suddenly jumped from 56 million to 79 million!!! Did they issue new shares without even notifying the market via RNS? Share count has now doubled since March.

Not clear from the RNS but the 91M after tax last year was a loss not a profit so that's a major improvement. At todays price a sneaky management buyout offer in the 25/35p region would also not surprise me. Current share price has this valued as an absolute failure. If the Allenby document is right and an improvement in debtor days is already occurring then in a couple of months things should look a lot better. Track record on receivables suggests otherwise though! I think this will not go bust (another placing if things don't improve), so either a cheap takeout or 12/18 months of waiting should result in a more reasonable share price. (40-60p). If they announce that the Jungle Book feature film has been fully financed then all bets are off IMO. I prefer a buyout because the Jungle Book feature film will not contribute (Allenby) to group revenues until 31 March 2016.
