Kondtratiev, I would have thought highly unlikely, the new management have clearly stated that they are focused on the Underfloor Heating Product and paid for contractual obligations. If you have Google alerts for Graphene or any of the Graphene newsletters you would see billions being spent through Universities and Industry in thousands of different areas. Haydale's USP is its functionilsation technology and knowledge in sourcing or tuning the graphene to suit the product requirement. Any of these opportunities might one day need their expertise, but for now I would look at thermal conductive ink opportunities.

JustHeat has it's own LinkedIn page now and has been posting quite a bit in the last two weeks including a "Product Launch" with all the Property and supply chain in South Wales listed as being there. Though the wording looks more like a soft launch looking for feedback from partners. I would have thought that a "Product Launch" would merit a RNS from Haydale>

After further digging on their website they said in their March 23 Investor presentation that there were 3 target markets for the Underfloor Heating, Energy Utilities, Residential Builders and Mobile heating applications. I wonder if they mean 'mobile heating' or heating for things mobile like your caravans or boats or portacabins as all of those would like to get away from bottled gas!!! Fingers crossed. DYOR

I like trawling announcements, Company websites and interviews to find consistency or not in the messages from the Boards of companies and you triggered me into looking back. I have also found the Cadent projects using functionalised graphene ink, what we don't know is if the new management has the relationships with the old teams' customers, fortunately with Cadent it is in the 2024 R&A that Cadent are paying for the "next phase to commercialise the prototypes". The only interviews go back two management teams, nearly ten years, to Ray Gibbs who did nothing but promote Graphene!! There are one or two opportunities that you mention that I think have been in announcements before that I am still searching for. DYOR

On the 24th May last year they announced that they had exhibited a car "Hot Seat" at the Advanced Materials Show and whilst it is probably the same technology as in the "unique graphene based functional ink" referred to in the 10th July announcement re underfloor heating trials with Staircraft, I doubt that it will be the same base materials that are coated with their conductive inks from looking at the accompanying photographs.

Otherwise I agree with your list of opportunities, but that will be their problem, too many opportunities, they need an addressable early market to adopt. Let us hope that Staircraft, or the Jersey trial, or one of the Quidos connections deliver that.

Next week looks very interesting for PULSIV as they are at the big European Electronics show and are launching product as you can see in this article.

Companies House shows NexGen has been going since 2017, but there are similar named companies before then? Last reported figures show assets of £81,917 at March 2024, no turnover numbers and a loss reserve of £18,163 and Debtors just under £200/- DYOR

You might still be correct... look at the trades and volumes, it appears that some loading of bases is going on.

Good info oldbut. What a shareholder list! I suspect it was harder to get the announcement signed off by that lot and all their quotes than getting their investments!! An 80% energy saving in mobile telephony is massive and that is without all the other AI benefits they talk about.

I think that after reading yesterday's announcement my interpretation is that Jersey's trial went well and now the company is getting certification of the system in the UK, Europe and N America, but probably more importantly they are working with Centrica (not mentioned before re underfloor), Cadent (a third of the old British Gas) and Affordable Warmth Solutions, plus they have already received first commercial orders and have a growing pipeline.. For then a new investor and Non-Execs and Quidos to invest at a 35% premium also implies to me that they think the chances of a successful sale of the US business next month are high and that might solve or partially solve your question re funding. Agreed Zendog. But also Centrica, certification in UK, Europe and N America, plus first commercial orders, could be a very interesting 2nd half, especially if they got some money for the US business and that auction is next month.

Just found this.https://www.azom.com/news.aspx?newsID=63132 which made me search for anything else re the show at the NEC and I found that Petronas were a major sponsor and hosted a VIP area and that Dileezaa Lurthanathan Head of Advanced Materials at Petronas posted after the show on LinkedIn a 2nd Quarter round up that included a big thank you to Haydale including a picture of her and colleagues with senior Haydale management!! That is not old news.

If you have followed Dr Cooley's career you would think that he knows more about supercapacitors than the rest of us.

I think there are some very smart people here just look at the shareholder list, most of the top small cap fund managers, Canaccord(was Hargeave Hale), Axa Framlington, Premier Miton, Quilter, Octopus, Tyndall etc...
