Exactly they are paying OMI cash and expending millions of $$$'s on Anza and as the asset increases in value so does OMI %, win win for OMI and it's shareholders!

Newmont get a greater % of Anza the asset not the company and they only hold 19.9% of shares in issue no more. There is no dilution
