It's not the same position! It's a clear sign the courts are not backing GSPC Imop and it's a much bigger picture than just that, GSPC are a dead duck, check out the numerous news articles all recent on the total balls up they've made of bankrupting themselves, lies, deceipt, and huge financial fraud! They will be liquidated and criminal charges brought against those responsible!

GSPC can't pay they are in over a hundread billion $ of debt, interest repayments alone run to $20bn+ a year. They have no one left to go to, even after refinancing in Aug they went cap in hand again, their time is up!

Money needs to be coming over here!!!! :-)
