They are two completely different tests aimed at different markets Govt using the Roche lab test has no impact on the Uk RTC test market.

BBI also part of the consortium specialise in tracking as well if I remember right.....

Roche is a lab test so limited in its use its not an at home test which can be mass marketed such as the UK-RTC are developing
