I do not think all three is being managed very well having closed down its best production unit in New York and dismissing The whole office of some 60 long serving staff and a very good President of production . I do not think they will get anything like that amount for the company it can not have possibly gone up like that in value .

Discovery and Warner Brothers tied up last year now WD AND Liberty wish to save funds hence they have now put All Three on the market and have had two or three company’s showing interest.

We have not done to bad today at all despite the wretched losers who continue to down cry it are they wanting a cheap entry or something , if I do not like a share I do not try to convince my fellow investors either way .

I do not think that rankings and discontentment on this board is going to do one iota of good certainly the management of ITV will have much more to contend with than to take notice of anything on these comments ,so why not give it a rest and look for something more interesting to contribute .

No you have got it in a nutshell Liberty we’re strongly rumoured to be buying Itv after they acquired a 10 percent share which they are still holding , but the Chief if Liberty Malone said it was to expensive and there has never been any more movement , at the time some body very close to me were in line to take over all three and had a very good connection with Discovery who own I believe the biggest share of All Three Media .

Yes this is definitely great news Liberty have been in the back room for a few moons now , Having bought these shares at 16 p originally and held them through to 2.50 and more I have seen many ups and downs . Liberty have also been there for some time now without much activity apart from holding on to Ten Percent of the company. Possibly now we will see some results of that acquisition.

All three takeover would be qiute unique as it has been rumoured to be taking over itv for many moons now ,being that all three is owned jointly by Discovery and Liberty Global I cannot see that happening any time soon . But we shall see what occurs it will certainly be an interesting topic and give us something to take these insidious remarks away constantly running down the management .

You cannot do right for doing wrong today with race and sex relation all being a no go area you can understand a CO for not being able to commit herself to dismiss or scrutinise staff especially executive officers for misdemeaners without absolute concrete evidence .

The only thing that is keeping this share down at the moment I think it is the moaners who constantly run it down .This management have had a very complex problem to deal with some questions everyone is getting in many different ways , It is a minefield and Caroline to my mind has done well to stand up to the many questions dropped upon her today .

She is showing true grit and putting her position to be very positive , doing well for ITV.

Again we see rather peculiar late trading in these shares ?

Well it does not seem to have done mush good you had better double up on it .

Also there was a very large buy of 6 million after hours yesterday. Which seemed hard to understand as it was an unknown trade .

We do not seem to be getting any feed back from that surely someone must be kept in the know ?

Has anyone heard anything to cause this very poor showing at the moment ?
