That was my thinking so ill have nearly 800 shares at 5p which is nothing so im better off selling now.

I have nearly 200,000 shares so totally screwed with the consolidation if it gets approved.

Its not the value but the commitment from companies still investing in Wood which shows you they wont fold and they will continue to grow and win more contracts which is why Sidarra are investing an dthe SP with increase

I personally think we may see Apollo coming into this again and then we get a bidding competition to who can offe rthe best package to Wood and help them onward to become one of the biggest players in the O&G Market with special attension in Abu Dhabi Qatar and Saudi.

Just asking, could Apollo come in with a last minute offer that is much higher that Sidarra or is this not possible??

But when this gets put to the shareholders I’m sure they will reject the offer based on the offer on the table last year should be £1.20

They have just annouced the 3 year contract with PDO in Oman which is the contract that Petrofac use to have i believe. What else is coming?

Are we being screwed here, i know the markets are down but i would have thought with the new sales they have said awarded we would see some increase in the SP?

That’s a positive sign changes to come and maybe this was a stipulation from Sidara on their offer. Let’s see the SP rise and offer made public
