I would be surprised if the agency deal was with Dentsu. I think they would have been able to mention their name if it was as they have a 'strategic partnership' and therefore would publicise their partnership working. I think Dentsu has a much bigger role to play here.

The error is judgement was selling their shares. However, I do believe they sold their shares expecting the deal with up front revenue, Plan A (which I believe is in the millions), and other tie ups would have happened before Christmas. Unfortunately it did not.

I believe the Plan A deal will happen in Q1 along with numerous agency deals and game tie ups which will drive the sp back to mid 20s to early 30s. When Plan A does happen it will ease the talk about a placing which in my opinion will not happen.

As with life, especially business the deals are taking a bit longer than planned. By the end Q1 the sp in single digits will be a thing of the past.
