Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
....'Where was it stated that there will be some form off news announced on Monday?'
I don't think Monday was ever mentioned officially.....Dmitry Suschov said in his interview they are working on putting an RNS out regarding the dividend.
.....ex...'rob, i agree with you there, EUA are not producing 7kg or 200oz per day, that was a single record day at WK, the average is nearer half a kg per day.'
ex...I suspect that 7kg was in the period AFTER we got rid of contractor and started doing 100% ourselves....they might have been mugging us off all along.....I think we will be VERY pleasantly surprised when end of season results are released from West Kytlym ! Again...I suspect that figure will be multiples of the 55kg with the contractors even though over a lot smaller timeframe.....
Of course I maybe wrong, but it is all up for interpretation at the moment as they are holding all the cards very tightly to their chest. It would explain why Cherakov was brought in to do a bit of DD there and WK may add a lot more to the sale price than we are currently led to believe.
I love a good conspiracy theory.......dare to dream !
....'I wander if the H&W employees will be attending to show support :-)'...
Tango...the 42 day consultation period is for written consultations to be submitted to DAERA. Any sessions that INFA organises with locals is something different and not a legal obligation......H & W union reps may well attend those if the company goes ahead with them.......might be a good idea for some SH's to attend also.
stockdale...'Snowman, Can't see this going for such a high figure. Any buyer has to mine the minerals, pay taxes, deal with all kinds of risks along the way over several years AND make a profit. However there's a massive difference between the current MCap of around £70 million and the billions we're talking about....'
With respect, the best case scenario is in ground assets of 100 Billion plus !!! That will attract a MINIMUM sale of 3 Billion.
Crapcrap.....'call me stupid but i think the resource will be sold for a lot higher than
1 billion and may well take 6 months to negotiate.'
This company won't be sold for less than 3 Billion......it has become a behemoth.
The last free palladium play.......vast strategic resource......Palladium price tipped to go above 2,000 US dollars per Troy ounce.........Huge banks brokering a deal......many majors in the shadows watching like hawks for the first move.......red hot bidding war looming..........Easy to mine gold tailings project at Seminovsky.....West Kytlym mine flourishing and due to scale up enormously, now have licence for 4.5 x the original area.......flanks licence for Monchetundra on the way......Massive deposits relatively easy to mine at Monchetundra, close to rail links and refineries.
When an offer comes in that is acceptable to the company, the share dealing will be suspended and reopened fully re-rated at close to the offer price....many will be caught out and unable to get back in.
We'll know when it starts....there has to be a legal notice advertised in the local papers....twitter will be red hot.
stfore1984...'I missed the boat at 0.6 in the hour or so I spent reading and got in at 0.9 but I am very hopeful here it’s one of the best shares on the surface that I have seen on aim.'
You're right...you won't get a better share on the whole of AIM right now. I was really lucky and got in cheap with a couple of million about 18-20 months ago with a couple of million shares......they have 6 bagged now....( 9 bagger briefly yesterday!....but they will rise again !!)
....'Voting rights RNS just landed! thought it was some important update.'
No worries Mr T..........I'm pretty sure there will be plenty of RNS's landing anytime soon with important updates by the bucket-load !
There is only one honest valuation and you are all way out.
The honest valuation is £1.20p+ to be on the conservative side.
Sue me!
2.90 paid!
2.86 Paid !
2.8 paid!
2.71 paid!
2.6 just paid.
here she goes!
Hi Mr T
IMO same time as the milestones update, even if it's just to say DD will be at the later extended date.
Final Sept milestones were released first week in October....so expect final October ones will be released 1st week in November......so probably next week IMO.
...'fireworks at 12pm+
you heard it hear first:)'
What a moron....he's saying exactly the same thing over and over until it happens, so he can say...'I predicted this...aint I smart'......Pleb!!

'CC,
I think you're being a bit optimistic there chap. The $50m subcontract was for the pit developments. Sinosteel are to do the engineering side of it, i.e build the plant. True that EUA would keep the balance of the subcontract after the development of the pits, but imo there's no way the pits are now currently ready for production after stripping etc. The pre-strip alone will cost $m. The lots of cash comment comes from the fact that we're now 100% on WK and have more metal sales to come and have been receiving warrant cash. Had EUA received the subcontract cash a lot of that would go into pit development as planned and we certainly would have been notified of such a material company making event. They're dining themselves with excess money due to sales from wK and the warrants. The leftovers probably to paid as a divi now that the budget for WK for next season must be cleared. Will be interesting to see how many oz of rhodium they've got this season. A bit of focus on its price in the latest interview.
Regards,
Ed.'

'Eurika moment! Suddenly it dawns on me where all this dividend cash is coming from. Sinosteel agreed to pay EUA around $50m for preparation of the site at MT before they moved in to start mine construction. The work has been done and EUA will be paid for that work. The difference is that now MT is up for sale, if the mine goes ahaead it will be written in that Sinosteel will continue the contract with the new owner, perhaps even without a loan. The fact that the bod is openly discussing the probability of a dividend imho indicates 2 things:
1. There is a good possibility of a buyout in the very near future.
2. There could, soon after the deal is announced to the market, be a divi payout in cash to shareholders in the region of $50m (about 1.75p)
3. And with the cash (or shares or both) from the deal this would add a significant amount to the share price.'
Works for me!......Happy days !!
