You won't find any trolling, bashing or abusive posts from me because I haven't made any. You, on the other hand, have played as great a role in trashing the usefulness of this board with your constant repetitive posts and your absolute refusal to consider the possibility that anyone except you has any valid point to make.
For a new institutional shareholder to get to a disclosable position, i.e. over 3%, they'd have to spend c. £5m at the current price. That's a lot of 1,000,000 share buys. I think a placing with new investors is very likely because there could be some serious gearing up about to happen. That's not a bad thing, it would be investment for the right reasons, not just a shoring up as has been the case on multiple occasions over the years. As I said, I hope that any such issue is available on non - dilutive terms
As I posted last week the disclosable shareholders are almost entirely the nominees for retail investors. Seems obvious to me that the RBC appointment is a prelude to getting some new institutional shareholders on board and realistically that can only be done via new issues of shares. Let's hope retail investors are given the chance to participate
Don't try to make out you're some sort of genius Haggis. The company now bears minimal relation to what it was when you first punted so if it clones off, and I hope it does as it will usher me into retirement, you just got lucky.
