Yes it does, it is easy to understand why with a 200% uplift and I must admit, I considered taking my initial investment leaving me a free ride here but the potential suggests should do the opposite, shame I left an order open last week at 0.30 that did not get filled, I was hoping for further as I got in at 0.29 but the spread prevented my stubbornness from paying above 0.35. It is not hard to see that with this new financial position they are targeting government funding which I imagine is already in the bag for the site given they are on the critical minerals list. Just a case of disposing of the assets, and wiping the slate clean for future developments.

This without doubt clearly sets the stage for Government funding, no debt relating to external investments is a clear indicator. I would imagine that is a requirement for funding so that 100% of the money goes into the UK investment.
