The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
I'm holding and hoping there will be a breakthrough in nano in agricultural sector, like p2f originally intended. Don't think the masks will make us rich anymore
I've used 212 in the past and it did my head in, with trades not going through for days sometimes, I'm now using HL and its much better. Instant offer, what you're offered is what you pay. I know there is a £12 fee but its well worth it.
Punit, if you're paying 50p, you must believe it has potential to grow, so what happens 3 seconds after you buy shouldn't make a difference. Unless you're only buying based on share price, hoping to make quick buck. Betting basically.
Trading212 is a joke. No liquidity. Takes forever to place an order and you don't know what the price will do by then. HL all the way worth the £12 fee. Bought on the first try yesterday and getting quotes no problem today
I bought on HL. You'll have to search for Kanabo not KNB. There seems to be a glitch. It shows as SOB on my portfolio.

Wow, great answers.
It definately depends on your perception of happiness.
I'm 35 and until I was 30 I wouldn't save a penny, always overdrawn, but I travelled a lot, multiple festivals every year, gigs, pubs, bars, clubs. I've paid it all with a wage so didn't get into a great deal of debt.
After 30 I calmed down, got a house now - mortgage, getting a second one - also mortgage, savings, a little portfolio, career.
I still travel, when allowed, still spend.
I don't aspire to be debt free quick, cos it would mean I can't enjoy the things I love while I'm young (ish).
I know people who are debt free, I know people who have nothing and I know people inbetween and guess what, some are happy and some are not, but it isn't dictated with wealth one bit.
I consider myself happy, but I didn't become happy at a certain point. I'm happy with my career, happy with my house, happy with my memories. It definately is a journey, but what I've learned is not to chase money, cos it'll get stressful and you'll miss out on a lot. Life is way too short, shorter than you think.
May all of you find your own happiness.

“The ability for us to have been able to announce a special dividend of 42.75 pence per share is regarded by the directors as very satisfactory and continues our policy of returning any excess cash back to shareholders as soon as practicable.”
There's definately a potential on this share, but I don't think RMS would get bought out, more like P2F sold for profit.
I, being a rookie trader/investor, have panicked. Yes, panic sold. Went from 98% profit this morning to selling with 35%, still a good profit I know. Lesson learned I guess. Now waiting for a good price to buy back, if it isn't too late.
Thanks to all worthy contributors on these forums.

Ok bye
Have a look at RMS. They own P2F who are making them masks. BRH owns 25% of RMS, but RMS owns 100% of P2F if I'm not mistaken. RMS is up 135% today!!!
Hehe
Hey Wilson, big fan. Yeah you're right. I don't post a lot. Deffo not trying to plant doubt either. He just asked why would the sp drop on vaccine news. So I shared my opinion. I'm not the only one who thinks that, since they shared the news on here. I wish I knew why the sp dropped since there aren't any significant sales or news. This little storm won't scare me, I'm here for the long haul.
Anyway, good luck all, there's always sunshine after the rain.
Brentw1-
It won't be the end of testing you're right. But the SP will suffer because it looks 12-18-24 month ahead. And with vaccine thats one huge battle against the virus won, but obviously not the war. I think there will be 50% decrease, but if Novacyt proves they can be profitable post vaccine then it will creep up again.

Braveheart owns 25% of RMS
They used to own 50% of P2F, but the sold it all to RMS. So they technically still own a part of it through the stake in RMS.
I've gone in at £1.60, topsliced at £4.95, then at £5.50 and I still hold a third.
