The RNS states that the readmission document will pertain to the Exxon and Pertonas acquisition with no mention of Niger. I was hoping the scope would cover the financing (and possible partnering) in Niger including a detailed plan for exploration and production. On the other hand I can see an argument for announcing the EXXON/Petronas deal completion now and then early in the new year publish the Niger funding and Plans to maximise momentum. One way or another Niger is hugely important in us realising full and fair value

All the progress has been dragged into the dust (in the short term) by the WN EWT disasters. Things will improve here significantly in 2022 imo.

Can anyone give any recent examples where an SP has significantly outperformed a placing price? I think the issue price will be the key factor here and until we see that we are guessing. We are so close now I just hope we get what we deserve in full

Shakey I think it would improve your life if you moved on. Cash in what you have left or just leave it and occassionally check to see if it has moved one way or the other. I took my losses years ago after Paul welch lies and I am glad I did.

Deemule I am a holder and want the price to go up. As the most optimistic poster on this bb your best hope for some upside appears to be a world war starting. Deemule sometimes you just have to accept things are not looking good. The clue I missed was the ujo leak about a raise before the end of ewt2 gthe outcome was known long before the runs. I still have some hope for victory sale but might be deluding myself. The chips have been placed just look forward to a happy healthy and peaceful Christmas with your family

In my opinion some of the interviews they conducted and information thet released pre EWTs constitutes a deliberate attempt to mislead investors. You should go back and listen to some of it. I cannot remember where or who made the statement that the drilling g results and logs are so good that EWTs are not needed that may well have come from the ujo side of the fence I do not recall . I posted at the time that I understood the risks but I never imagined things would get as bad as this. I accept responsibility for the decisions I made.

Justbe RBD directors bought shares recently and it did not make any difference the sp has continued to fall. I think the market is punishing UJO and RBD for the EWT failures to achieve commercial flow rates
