That's the thing with a Friday, out of hours RNS. News is a little slow to hit the deck. Not sure on the reason for a Friday RNS, can someone ask at the AGM please.
This is a good plain English article.

Any ideas on the diversification?
“In addition, the group is actively exploring other natural gas opportunities across Africa, thereby reinforcing its diversification strategy and contributing to the continent’s energy development.”
Well, these were the SP prediction on Calvalley deal completion, technically not happened but replaced by new deal. We are assuming that CV will play no longer part. Only a bit of fun, of course. So far, the Bear's have it.

I've been in and out SOU for years Kylie. The current SP must be difficult for LTH. I bought in as I could see nothing but upside from the CV deal. Not quite what I expected but I still see nothing but upside from the price I bought in at. Getting a deal over the line will hopefully be a competent move in the eyes of the market, satisfying both the Moroccan authorities and Shareholders alike.
We shall have to wait and see how the markets take it. I for one don't like Friday , out of hours RNS's. Took most of us by surprise this one, no leaky ship, unless the recent decline in SP is leak related. Have the Moroccans dragged their feet over the Calvalley deal to suit their own requirements? - who knows. I can't imagine they would want to portray their country is difficult to do business with but they also want the best for Morocco. The pleasures of transition from explorer to producer. Plan B is better than no deal at all, plus a couple of drills. Think the market will welcome the resolution - how much, not sure.
Kylie (or Keely is you want me to mis-spell it in a sly condescending way).
You are suggesting that I go for personalities and not facts. You are correct, I will go for personalities who lack credibility. The facts will be given to us via an RNS, not you. See you on a red SP day.
No, answer the question. Kylie, by your own words you do not hold shares in SOU. Apart from holding a grudge (probably lost some money) why would you spend your time posting here. You only post when the share price is re-tracing. Didn't hear a peep from you for one month when it was climbing, why was that?
