SP upon positive Eurochem outcome10 Jan 2015 11:13
I think if they get a positive outcome from the arbitration the market cap could conservatively easily get to in excess of £10m which represents a four fold increase from the current levels. I am not sure what their total legal costs relating to eurochem are to date but they spent £5.4m on legal expenses during the last reporting period. That in itself is in excess of double the current market cap. The company have stated that they were hopeful of arbitration conclusion early in 2015. We are also waiting on the convertible loan notes, which once confirmed will also give the sp a boost.
The SP was over 60p prior to the the Eurochem issue bad whilst revenue in SA is down, they have secured contracts elsewhere
A binary play on the positive outcome of the arbitration, but at the current mc of £2.5m, I believe this offers significant upside at a minimum of 20p per share, possibly more upon positive resolution.
