To put it in percentage terms you probably have less than a 10% chance of getting anything back once the administrators have been called in and in the event they do manage to sell what is left of the company or there is a reverse take over the likelihood would be significant dilution to your holding, so as it would probably be worth less than 10% of your initial stake. I would check in periodically, but would pretty much write this one off as a bad experience. Apologies that I can't be more optimistic.

Post recommended. Most of us have been there and it isn't nice, but the truth is a lot of AIM companies are at times, months, weeks or days away from the precipice. Some recover and offer stunning returns and others don't. It's all about balancing your exposure and protecting your capital where possible. Sorry for all holders I hope that you make up the loss on your next investment.

I would hope to get an update on the other (market cap busting) £3m worth of receivables they expect to receive by the end of March and at that time a timeline for the next group of payments. The damned receivables and poor management thereof have resulted in the current position but equally could well be the key to delivering shareholder value if managed correctly. Rashida is clearly entirely cognisant of this given all of communications she has had from private investors, so she just needs to keep the communication flowing and a fee more details around the proposed timing for the liquidity event wouldn't go a miss either. I think they need a bit more housekeeping prior to listing on Nasdaq though, especially given the last profits warning. Not exactly what you want to see in a prospectus, profits warning and unable to collect cash in a timely manner. Where do I sign up??!!

Yes, I think we all still make penty of mistakes, it is just a case of trying to cut out those which can be preventable. Had a couple of nasty surprises recently with this and AEO with their interims (already sold out before todays bad news), but I don't think I could have predicted either result. Anyway onwards and upwards hopefully!

Can assure you that I am not boasting, just making the point that when one piece of disappointing news is received (interims) another piece is generally not far behind. Happens time and time again. Shame for AEO though as I like the company and Garvey going is actually probably a blessing is disguise as he didn't seem to bring much to the table and came with baggage.

Thanks, number 1 rule in my book is protect your capital, along with not over exposing oneself. Have made mistakes going against both of these in the past but the important thing is to learn from them. A good example of this is the debacle going on over at Coms. ATB

I got out yesterday with limited damage to my isa as I sold 4k's worth at 4p before the drop, 2k moments before (v. Lucky). I think the outlook is bleak and it would need to be a sub 1m mc to get me interested again.

Yes, would consider again if it dipped below a £1m market cap, just difficult to see any catalyst to send it back up for the foreeable. Quite bizarrely I sold 2k's worth of these at 4.15 only a few minutes for todays RNS came out so that was at least a bit of good fortune. ATB

Yes, very disappointing, more so as things seemed be looking up. Managed to sell my entire holding in the end and took the hit as they have given a profits warning for 2015 after less than two months and talk about refinancing a debt where they were previously happy with their package. Would consider re entry a 1 or less

Half year results including the 20% gross margin: · Group revenue from continuing operations £25.3m (2013: £23.4m) · Group operating profit £467k (2013: £66k) · Significantly improved cash flow from operations of £1.3m (2013: outflow £1.3m) · Basic earnings per share of 2.32p (2013: 0.04p) So even with the 20% gross margin they are still only recording a small profit from all that revenue. That is what is holding the share back. Certainly not a bad share to be in though

On the basis the only made £800k on £49m last year, being generous the additional £20m of revenue per year might generate an additional 400k of profit a year
