Im still trying to work out what this case has to do with Adani directly , as much as he has made an offer to purchase the port and the coc are trying to override Mercantiles offer to pay there debt. This isn't a case mercantile v Adani and the coc its a case where mercantile are disputing the cocs process wto be able to offer it to Adani. The Adani group don't own it yet nor do they have the keys they have simply made an offer that the coc are trying to accept over Mercantiles.

So it was adjourned before it even started and they new that , maybe just maybe they are on the cusp of sorting something out but that's just a thought.

If they were reviewing the case to pass judgement they would of set a date to re convene and they didnt do that.

I think if it was a flat out no your not getting your port back this would of already happened. And mercantile are happy to take this all the way and the more costs they incur along the way the more expensive it gets for the coc if they loose. Let's be honest this isn't Adani on the stand its the coc defending there descicion to offer the port to him rather than take mercantiles offer and if the coc loose its just another lost venture for adani and the coc are on there own with mounting costs and fees.

Ive been in a few stocks that F1 was or is in , he always seems quite solid on the info he provides. Ive not been at this for to long and its always a comfort stumping up cash in a stock with some solid names in and he's one of those that I like to see. I only came in yesterday on this one and im under water already but im sure it will pass and its on its way again hopefully

I guess the elephant 🐘 in the room is , exactly why was it adjourned. Was someone short evidence which i cant image was the case or did Mercantile have some that they didnt see coming. Followed up with where seeking or Port back in full , were seeking damages , were seeking interest and could the judge waver any debt owing if the coc was the ones to have been acting in bad faith and as punishment the money owing to them was waved. Im not sure on that last bit but to be honest its a good punishment all the same. All of a sudden the idea of getting hammered financially for getting caught out doesnt seem so much fun. They probably thought Mercantile would roll over 🤣 😂 a big fat WRONG
