Bought another 1500 there. Brings me to 4000 now. I have a niggling feeling something is going to happen here.

Abcam I would have thought. Danaher have been in joint projects with Perkinelmer before so I dont know if I would read too much into their shareholding.

Danaher held 8.67% in April, they now hold 8.26%. Looks like they have sold at some point.

£1.89 to sell now, well above the £1.85 takeover price. Not sold these yet, maybe a slight chance of a counterbid?

If these keep falling back I will be tempted to buy more too

My OO shares via Bestinvest were allocated to my account last Friday. I never applied for any excess though.

As we thought SLA selling & KLK buying.

LL, Bestinvest tried to cast my vote but it wasnt accepted as it was less than five days before the meeting.

I noticed another couple of large buys earlier today. Perhaps something is afoot. Topped up another 1000 shares.

My OO allocation has already been added to my account so if the vote goes in it will count for the whole lot.

Bestinvest have got back to me, they can accept voting instructions via email or telephone call. Holders would need full name, bestinvest account number & passport or driving licence number. However they need voting instructions SIX days before the meeting date in order to meet the deadline. I will try & cast my vote but fear it will not count.

LL.,Bestinvest have not replied to my email. I will email their corporate actions team directly though I think by now it will be too late.
On a happier note my Horizon Discovery shares are being taken over at £1.85. I paid 10000 @99p. Good news for a change ??
