Shareholder's shouldn't accept anything less than 100Mil . Which is circa 150% increase on the current shareprice.

I would hazard a guess that the deal will favour the buyer much more than the existing shareholders. Will be intersting for sure.

Been invested for around three years now I think so yes, I do.

The company has a lot of issues to sort out.

Legal issues which still haven’t been sorted with the Ukrainian supreme court.

The obvious losses to staff numbers.

Utility issues.

Logistic issues.

The Company has navigated itself well so far but issues are far from over even after the war is over.

It’s a very risky investment there no guarantee this will come good, and if people think otherwise they are deluded.

Market reaction is ridiculus on UK markets these days. I think I'm going to move more money abroad as the markets seem far more better than UK.

Well from what I can read into its Lloyds the largest exposed bank circa 15.3Bn loan book has currently set aside 450 million to cover compensation with analyst estimating anything up to around 2.5bn required to cover claims circa 16% .

So, with STB’s loan book of 498mil 16% of that would be circa 80Mil.

That’s my take on it and interested in other opinions but I’m not sure it’s a big worry if the settlement was around 80mil.

Dear me this company needs to get its act together. Shareprice has jamp off a cliff and the company is not doing anything to prtect it. I have issued an email to IR has I've just had enough of this poor shareprice performance.

I tend to agree with this statement. Growth should be more than 20% yr on yr at this stage. They certainly need to be more agressive but they may require additional facilities to do this.......... BIG PUSH REQUIRED.
