I'm hoping SEE's share awards are at that level purely to ensure they retain key staff members for the medium term rather than a direct bearing on where they think the company will be in the future.

Are these options company based or open market?

I'd love some such options myself rather than tying up 50k odd.

I agree schlemiel, however all the talk about how we are excellently positioned to be the largest DMS player, all the RFQs, advanced IP licensing talks etc doesn't tally with such targets.

I'd liked to have seen a sliding scale where renumeration is directly related to the share price, i.e the higher the share price the higher the award.

Giving away the millions of shares for a mere 30% rise is pitiful imo but i suppose at least it is somewhat target orientated.

I'm not gonna harp on about Nasdaq but consolidation takes care of that at the time of listing.

i.e SEE holders would receive 1 Nasdaq share for every 75 AIM:SEE shares.

It is the same as AIM:GWP when it listed on Nasdaq as GWPH. AIM GWP was about 60p a share at the time.

Hopefully they're banking on a takeover within the next couple of years. I know I am...

How do they get a decent bid price for such large sales?

I would hazard a guess a large buy order is being filled.

Can you see on L2 which MM were involved on both sides?

Driver monitoring has the potential to blow Mobileye out of the water in terms of valuations.

DMS for safety is massively important but monitoring where I look has massive $$ potential to the likes of google if they could sell or use this info to target advertisers...

SEE is well placed with this in mind.

Our share price would be priced better on Nasdaq as it tends to price in future potential more than other indices.

There is more access to funding on Nasdaq (hopefully not needed here) , more general interest and is not regarded as a wild west casino.

I agree glandore, speculation is not good.

A RNS can be issued to coincide with a meeting. Not a contract win RNS as these need to be issued asap after contract confirmation but there are different scenarios that could warrant a RNS and meeting.

Also, as regards the FD buying shares, she can buy as many as she wants as long as she isn't privy to inside information that could affect the price. The only information i expect she would have would be around results time anyway.

I am personally hoping for a Nasdaq listing RNS the morning of the meeting. That is the sort of RNS that could be issued pre meeting.

Of course, that is purely wishful speculation on my part.

A capital market day is an opportunity to discuss strategy and meet the management. Maybe we will hear more about ENCAP and an update on how our new strategy is being implemented. It's a nice gesture and imo shows regard for shareholders.

Out of interest though, what criteria do we not meet for nasdaq listing? I'm pretty sure we meet them all.
