No news for a couple of weeks here me thinks but I do feel we’re so close.

I personally think they’re playing for time- I don’t see why there would be a delay because of the war as we keep being told it doesn’t affect us and we don’t have a war on in Russia or England.
Normally agm’s come and go with nothing of any significance being reported- this year I think and hope it will be different.

I think some here are setting themselves up for a fall- every year the AGM comes up and people expect a massive news flow- it comes, nothing is announced apart from the classic line of everything that needs to be passed has been ( or something on those lines) and then everyone gets their head up their ar5e again and the sp takes a temporary knock.
News will come but the AGM won’t be the time imo- I do hope I’m wrong- I often am.

It’s the classic- we’re gonna need a bigger boat- Dimitry has got it so far but can see this is huge and doesn’t want to make any mistakes and sell us short- it also sounds like it’s not a straight forward deal, maybe multiple buyers but even if there’s one buyer there’s multiple deals.
The fact we’ve got the best people from banks to legal teams to m&a experts just proves that this is no tin pot deal and it’s not being rushed or diluted just because of the recent circumstances.
I’m hoping for before Xmas as I’ve been here for years and weeks don’t matter that much.

Well said Les- I think I’ll spend some time today green boxing so I don’t need to trawl through drivel- I got another £1000 worth on Thursday so I’m well happy.
I don’t expect anything to come out at the agm and I don’t expect our new guy to get this over the line in a few weeks but what I do expect is a massive pay out when it does come.

If it drops I’ve got a grand ready to chuck in- however frustrating this is ( and annoying over the last 2 days) it’s still in the process of being a monster deal.
We may get other news before that to lift the sp and if the war ends it will immediately double or maybe treble so I’m back in for the mental long game.
