It’s got everything to do with the cost of mining and availability that’s why sand is cheaper than gold.

Firstly bitcoin is not worthless and anybody spending the time to post on a bitcoin miner bb should really know that or what the hell are they doing here- just go on a clay pot making forum and I’m sure you’ll have more fun.
Bitcoin is worth something as it costs money to obtain it- mining- just like mining for gold without the dirt and blisters but similar as it still takes energy and there is a reward at the end for which you can buy things with.
Which leads me to my second point which is yes the past is useful to see patterns forming and halving etc but bitcoin is a different beast now from even just a year ago- before that only gamblers or people who understood block chain invested- then we got our spike and every man and his dog - who previously thought it was a con or make believe were forced to educate themselves ( including me) and understand what the future looks like, now your postman knows what it is and may have a crypto wallet.
As so many people and companies are now heavily invested in crypto this may not take on such massive swings or lows ( in percentage) as the past. It’s here to stay- it’s a question of who’s got the balls and finances to stick it out- he who dares.

Don’t know if I’m clever or mad but just bought another £4600- I’m banking on btc on the turn upwards and good news soon

Harchris- to be fair you do make a very good point regarding btc recovery and how it can affect the long game- on a selfish note I would love to see a rapid rise to make the company profitable and for the sp to rise- how big a player Argo is in 24,25 etc I’m not that bothered.

The way I look at it is if our investor was spooked and said I’m out- then it would have to be rns’d but even if they’re renegotiating it’s all good- I wouldn’t like it but even if they asked for a 40% reduction from the original sp it would still be higher than it is now. The only way is up

Think about it- if btc has bottomed and we now have a bull run you could buy in here now in the knowledge you not only hit btc at rock bottom but also the absolute bottom in Argo too. Plenty of gains from here- I know I need a fair bit to be even but I’m very optimistic.

Looks like we might have to break $20k before we get a proper lift- nice to see it heading in the right direction- I think a lot of neg heads here were hoping for an 18 at the beginning of it this Monday morning.
