Ref your post yesterday. I read the RNS as showing that Henderson Global who was already holding 30 million shares took another batch making their holding up to 45,178,438. Which represents 27.58% of the shares in issue and is under the threshold of 28%.

Don't forget that this SP rises and falls like a Yo-yo. It doesn't take many buys or sells to move the SP and the price usually moves in half pence rather than 1/10th pence. A few buys and the SP will be back in the 10p waiting for the RNS

Henderson Global is the Company that has been giving prior notice of possible sale of shares. I didn't see them listed as a major shareholder when I did my research although it is some time back when I did my research.

A couple of nice buys yesterday on ISDX and a couple of buys today.

At present there are 163.8 million shares in issue. We have four major shareholders who between them hold 99.9 million 1. CDS & Co(NCI) 66.6 million 2. Jayvee & Co. Finance Co. 19.5 million 3. Bershaw & Co. TR Gartmore UK small Cap Best Funds Ltd.. Fund Managers 10.5 million 4. M. Pidherney's Trucking Ltd. Road Builders. 3.3 million. That only leaves 63.9 million in the market from these we have the long term holders who between us must be holding several million. To date I have not seen any major shareholder selling his shares, which leads me to believe that they must be happy with Brad's actions to date. He must be keeping them up to speed with his plans and happy to continue holding. I can understand the frustration of many of the pi's with Brad's lack of communication but there is nothing we can do about it but to sit here and wait. From the RNS's we have had this year and each RNS got better and better I expect the next RNS to be super. I will continue to hold until Brad sells the company or agrees to a JV. I have rated this a 'strong buy' but as always DYOR.

I have been a very good boy all year, honest, ask my mummy and she will say how good I've been. I would like you to bring me a very nice RNS which you can get from Edge Resources in Canada. If you contact a man named Brad and ask him to release a RNS sometime before Xmas I will be very, very, happy. Especially if it turns out to be a good one and make me loads of dosh. Is a lot of money (for me). Someone is very confident to pay out on EDGE shares hoping that Brad will release a stonking RNS soon. Or has the 'investor' come to the conclusion as did Magnum last week that Brad is drilling 12 Wells and talking to potential buyers? Magnum, where are you? give us your opinion on this please.

Two years ago the office staff, engineers, consultants and others who were working with Brad bought a lot of shares at a price higher that the SP at the time. They paid approx. 18.0p each. They were obviously confident in Brad and must have known of the downside as well as the planned objectives to agree to back him with their money. So far they have not received any return for their investment. I say 'SO FAR because' I am convinced that Brad will come good and the next RNS will show how near he is to achieving his goals. 'inside info' ha ha I wish. I wouldn't be sat here with my meagre bundle of EDGE shares I would have robbed every bank for miles and spent every penny in here. If you look back at the achievements of Brad since he reorganised the financial state of the company, a position he inherited when he took over, and read what he has done to date it gives me confidence to back him. Look at the employment history of the BOD and look at the major investors in here and I am sure you will agree this has a lot of potential to make a super return for your money.

We are expecting a RNS which is considered overdue at the moment. In this RNS we expect to receive only good news based upon the reports we have had so far this year. Brad stated some time ago that he is not one who issues a RNS just to keep the shareholders happy he will issue a RNS when he has something important to say. He has already stated that he plans to drill up to six Wells by year end and although these Wells take only a matter of hours to drill he has to organise the movement of the augers and associated equipment which takes time. We have seen in the past how the SP rises fast on good news and so IMHO I expect the shares to react accordingly. This is my view on this Company after carrying out my own research and I have bought enough shares to satisfy my own portfolio. All the signs are positive and Brads ultimate goal is to sell out to a bigger concern when the time is right. However as always do your own research and come to your own decision.

A little more buying today could well see us getting to 12.0p. I thought we would have had the RNS today.

40,000 buy at 10.5p this morning

Couldn.t resist. Another 10000 on Friday to add to my holdings and at 10.00p. Now come on Brad where is that RNS with all the lovely news of more drills happening, more oil being pumped, bank debt reduced. We know from experience what happens to the SP on good news. It flies and not at 1/10th penny a time. The long term holders must still be here and with limited stock available it can only go one way. After my last 'buy' I promised Mrs. Smidsy no more. I'm now on silent meaIs and sleeping in the spare room. LOL It won't be that when we get the RNS.

We usually expect a RNS to be posted at 7.00am. However there is nothing in the rules to say a company can't post a RNS at anytime it wants to. I have listed the dates and times that EDGE has posted a RNS that was not at 7.00am. Out of 59 RNS since EDGE listed with AIM there has been 25 times when the post was not at 7.00am. The next RNS can be issued at any time and if you check out the times of posting it appears that they happen when the office opens in Canada. We have read the recent RNS's where Brad has told us to expect good results and splendid news. When that happens the SP will soar.
