Zoros I don't think it says they will refrain but they will not make any move without consulting solg first as part of the placing rules. They could however agree a price that solg are happy with at any time.

72p+ in current state for cascabel. I would be happy with £1.30+ next year and happy to hold into production for more.

My question was it not possible that the scenario could take place instead of solg taking to production. Was a genuine comment and it takes a lot more to offend me just don't like rude people.

Slightly rude and who said I would sell for 60p. My point being both majors have accumulated a fair chunk of the company and only paid circa 30-35p a share. And for your cheek I definitely won't sell my shares to you for less than £2.

Anyone have an idea of what fund ncm have available? Aren't ncm tied from increasing until August?

KB if bhp accumulated 14.5% and then made an offer for cgp would they not be forced to make an offer for the whole company? If this come in now could we not see the company being sold for an sp of around 60-70p. I know you firmly believe that they will take to production but it surely must still be an option?

I would expect any offer to be at least a 20% premium to the 60p share options and of course any battle for the resource could see it go a lot higher. Bhp and the likes will surely want to keep it as close to that as possible and NM is trying to make that as difficult as possible. Who's move next is the big question?

Interesting that both ncm and bhp held to this amount so they cannot aquire 30% by merging/selling to each other and making low ball offer for 50-60p? Think this holding limit is very significant
