Morning all. Any ideas as to why TM17 is bucking the market upward trend this morning please? Thanks
IP Group plc - Portfolio company Oxford Nanopore priced at £3.4billion, IP Group generates £84m of proceeds*; retains holding valued at £348.8m
Yep. "LONDON (Reuters) - The initial public offering for Oxford Nanopore, a provider of rapid COVID-19 tests to Britain's national health services, will have an indicative price of 375 to 450 pence per share, a bookrunner said on Thursday.
The offer will total 523 million pounds ($713.16 million) to 547 million pounds, giving the life sciences company an implied market capitalisation of 3 billion to 3.5 billion pounds , the bookrunner said."
A great effort that @Airtyped33. Thanks for writing, and sorry about their 'nothing to do with us' response! Just typical. These sort of organisations always talk about transparency, protecting the small investor, but when the S&*t actually hits the fan, they just don't want to know. I'm sure there must be something rotten in the background with this Board. I wonder if you could fire off your letter to the https://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/consumers/how-to-complain. They deal with Fraud & Scams within the financial industry. Thanks again. Richard
There needs to be an FCA investigation into where all the investor money is going! No obvious reason why another 7% has been wiped off the share price again. Rights issue 45p, share price now 33p. All in less than a month! Why? FCA please investigate.
Cheers Dan. I agree with your points at (i) and (ii),but according to the above, there aren't and recent shorter if this stock. If there's nothing nasty to come out of the woods, the stock IS completely undervalued. Maybe if we all stopped speculating over the value of the 15% we have in Nano, the IP share price might just settle. May put in an order on Interactive for a few more nearer 16:00 today.
Anybody got any ideas as to WtF is going on here please? A near 10% loss in 2 sessions! One minute euphoria over an imminent float, the next, sheer dread!
Anyone offer any ideas here please? Seems somewhat dramatic. IM buys 15% of the Company, share price heads South!!
Gone!
Here we go again!
Here we go again, and over the past 5 days!
This share price is strange. Maybe people don't really understand what the Company does. I don't! However, after any RNS announcement we seem to get marched to the top of the hill, then down again, everytime. There are no Shorters here, so what is it? Discuss!
More importantly though: https://www.nextdaydelivery.co.uk/shops/marks-spencer/
Love this share. Just keeps givin'. Yet another late £132k trade. May even hold this longer term if the Company numbers keep on producing. Keep the faith:-)
Now let's see them fly!
Now, don't forget your 2nd sentence. This may be all the good news in one hit.
Still waiting, huh?????
What is required is for the company/directors to make a large purchase of its own shares. Show some confidence in the company. Even make a statement to say that they have no idea why the shares have fallen so far so quickly. Their silence is deafening! On the 'upside', these will soon get sooo cheap as to be impossible NOT to buy. Wait one.
This companies shares have dropped ike a stone in water over the last month. No recent deals, nothing from (I like to pay myself as if I was actually running a ftse company), in ages. I wonder why? Has the penny dropped here as to what this company actually does, or is this price an absolute steal? Discuss:-)
Morning all. After a nice run during the last 3 months, share price seems to be treading water and taking some in. Read all about the M&S (transformation) promises over the years, all to no avail. Any point hanging around with this stock please?
