The 13m and 9m and 4.295m trades were me buying back in after using the money over at 88E just for the day. Not my usually move, but needed to re-coup the slide downwards here which was depressing me to say the least. Back on board now though and staying the course. Sorry for leaving, but it was only temporary.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State has
preferred an application (I/A No.01/21) for dismissal of the writ
petition on the ground that after amendment in the Act of 1957,
nothing survives in the writ petition. It has been submitted in the
application that in the amended Act of 2021 i.e. The Mines and
Minerals (Development and Regulation) Amendment Act, 2021, a

new proviso has been inserted under Clause I (b) of Section 10(A)
(2) of the Act of 2021 according to which in all the pending cases
and the cases covered under this clause, the right to obtain a
prospecting licence followed by a mining lease or a mining lease
as the case may be shall lapse on the date of commencement of
the Act of 2021.

Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner is not in
a position to refute the same.

In view of the fact that after the amendment in the Act of
2021, the petitioner cannot be granted mining lease, thus, the
writ petition is dismissed.
5.
Stay petition and all pending applications, if any, stands
dismissed.
