Dai.
that got me chuckling.
Brad.
So have we got to the stage where there are basically no shares to buy unless someone sells? Normally I would do the research but I find anything to do with the stock market or financials is waaaaaay over my pay grade. Cheers Brad.
Dai.
If DM hasn’t got a rig by the end of the month I think it would be fair to say that his quote “I’ve got rig companies contacting me” was probably dreamt up when he fell asleep face down in his cocoa pops.
Looked into my HL account today. I noticed a red square under the Tlou shares.
Then, at the bottom of the page next to another red square it said “this is not the current price. If you want a more up to date price, please contact us.”
So if they’ve got a price, why not just show it? What's with all the smoke and mirror MI5 crap? Never seen this in 4 years of holding Tlou.
Can’t imagine Dave being happy. All those shares he’s accumulated over the years have lost at least £6:48 in value with the SP drop. Good job he got his bonus to cover it though. lol
How does a trade struck at 14:47 not go through until 16:47?
Those pesky waaaabit MM’s.
You’ll be laughing your socks off when they’re worth 5 x that by year end Brad.
My team is one of the favourites to go down as well. Normally by this stage of a season you know who's getting relegated but this season it could be any one of 8.
Only need to win or lose 2 or 3 in a row and you can either be elevated to safety or cut adrift. Could very well be it will come down to the last day and depend on 6 or more results. Who was it that said “squeaky bum time?” lol
Brad.
It was with HL and I must admit I was surprised when I pressed the buy button it came up as 2.327.
Hopefully it should be the start of an upward trend as news drops of progression.
It was 4,358 not 4,814. Memory is terrible. Anyway, just bought at 2.32p. Alls good .
Brad.
I was gonna do the same this month when my pension goes in today. I was gonna buy 4,814 to give me a nice round number. It was gonna cost me just under £100 but not now. Woooooo, those pesky wabbit’s.
Can somebody sell some shares to drop the SP so can get some shares on the cheap? Asking for a friend.
dai.
They are in the UK but also now in the USA, where the lawsuit has been filed.
Basically, the crypto miner did a raise of $20M and then 3 months later the shares were suspended withe CEO saying there is a chance the company will go bankrupt due to insufficient funds. They avoided bankruptcy by selling a whole load of brand new mining machines still in the box and selling a brand new site in Texas they had just built and getting a $20M loan.
The law suit is for the CEO putting out mis-leading statements about the financial stability of the company before the raise.
Like I said, if it’s successful (imo I don’t think they have a prayer but it is the USA) it could open the flood gates for a lot of companies who’s CEO’s or board members for quotes like you mentioned yesterday and a lot worse.
If you want to keep an eye on the lawsuit just go on the Argo Blockchain BB.
I would imagine it’s raised a few eyebrows in board rooms, in the USA in particular.
A crypto miner has had a class law suit filed against it for the CEO apparently supplying mis leading statements. I think if they are successful there will a lot of other CEO’s looking over their shoulder.
Looks like somebody’s gone all in on a short bet on BTC. I think the shorts are getting increasingly nervous about the rise. Do take into consideration when reading my posts that I can speak 2 languages.
Utter s**t and utter bol*ocks. Ha.
M1122.
Your point is what I’m trying to say. You pay your monies, you take your chance. I can’t see how this law suit against ARB can be successful.
Looking forward to 9th Feb then for results.
16.5 - 16.75p tomorrow for me.
Something similar happened to a company called Tlou who are based in Botswana and on ASX and AIM markets doing a gas to power project. Last year the Australian AISC charged Tlou with misleading statements. After 4 months Tlou paid $53,280 Australian dollars to AISC but no guilt was ever established or admitted and the case was closed. It is extremely hard to prove that a company has put out mis-leading information. I think if ever there was a case for mis-leading information on AIM, Sirius would be top of the pile by a country mile. If I remember rightly a Norwegian bank invested £250M in Sirius just months before it went breasts north. Not to mention the 85,000 PI’s that got royally bent over, some having transferred their entire pensions into Sirius and were financially ruined. There was mentions of class actions but at the end of the day, how do you prove they mis-lead investors? All the CEO’s say is “that is what I believed at the time” The stock market is also protected by that quote in times of trouble.
“Stocks can go down as well as up. Your capital is at risk and you may get back less than you invested” I certainly did.
15:09 yesterday. “And to many lol’s as well.”
15:35/yesterday. “ At least I’ll be spared your cringeworthy lol’s. Shudder.”
Said the poster who is now using cringeworthy lol’s this morning. Ha Ha Ha Ha
Ha Ha. (I’ve gone to Ha Ha’s cos lol seems to be upsetting one or two who have a tumour in their humour, Ha Ha Ha Ha)
Whizzer.
We might not have enough funds but we we now have a strategic investor and long term funder. I just hope they don’t upset Brad again by giving the shares away cheap if there is any more dilution.
Main thing now is this has taken off like an Exocet missile and looking forward to more regular updates.
Well happy with today’s. Nice one TG.
CameronF.
lol lol that did actually make me laugh out loud. The Wife gave me a funny look as if she was thinking “that f*t bost ard is having an affair”
Well I am. With ARB. lol
pi.
lol lol
I had set a target of 48p to double my money. Very achievable IMO if BTC takes off like I think it is. But now you’ve gone 60p to be 10p ahead of Chaebol, I’m holding for 70p to beat you both. lol
I've never been totally pro or totally anti BTC or miners. I just think, like any other stock, you have to have an entry price and an exit price and a re-entry price and exit price if you can get it and stick to it. It’s very tempting to get greedy and hold to long so just remember Isaac Newton’s theory.
WHAT GOES UP MUST COME DOWN.
I’ve been waiting a long time to post this (don’t do much trading) and really mean it. I would not want to be out of this over the weekend.
